About

At Holistic Support Practices we exist to provide all-rounded support to our community. We are biblically based, culturally sensitive and professionally balanced in our practices. With African roots, having lived in a couple of cultures and currently practicing in the United Kingdom we understand the importance of integrating our clients’ individual cultures within our practices. We are committed to sound Christian ethos, recognising the importance of your faith to your holistic wellbeing.

We are a counselling group that is passionate about the wellbeing of families, couples and individuals alike. We provide safe boundary forms which are places for people from all walks of life to interact with each other and support one another

At Holistic Support Practices we provide pastoral supervision for Christian leaders and workers. We come alongside ministers, as they reflect on their ministry as well as their work.

Lastly, we provide insight into the struggles faced by people in diaspora. We engage with families and communities in diaspora and seek to facilitate the wellbeing of those who struggle with living and raising families outside of their first cultural context.
